I tried retyping it several times and finally just deleted it and started over.  Obviously, it finally posted it.

 

The next time I tried to comment on a post, it did it again. I haven't tried again until now.  Hopefully, this will make it through.

This has to do with QVC settings on the website for "flood control" (aka spam prevention).  Sometimes you have to wait more than 3600 seconds before posting or editing 3-4 messages. This feature protects the community from spam. And there have been incidents of "trolls"spamming the QVC website....
