They're just trying to look cute. If they get lip lines one day they'll get injections.

 

In the future those pictures are going to be that generation's big hair or floofy bangs pictures. They're going to say, "I was so cute back then, but why can't I find even one single picture of myself simply smiling at the camera?"

@Anonymous032819   It's just a trend and of course with social media it spreads a lot faster.

 

I remember "trends" when I was a teen so it doesn't bother me. 

 

I do think a photo of the family is not  the appropriate place for it, though.
