Why do dryer sheets stink so bad? :(

I am sitting here on the deck. It is a beautiful evening (was 82 here today) and there is a tiny breeze, really perfect conditions.

One of the neighbors must have just put clothes in the dryer and now the lovely fresh air is stinking and almost nauseating!

Why do they have to be so strongly scented? Dread to think of all the chemicals we are inhaling.{#emotions_dlg.thumbdown}

I was going to read the last two chapters of my book but now I feel like I will have to go inside because I can't enjoy it.

I know this is minor stuff but it is still annoying.{#emotions_dlg.rolleyes}
