Same here. Especially in the AM. Click here, click there, then here, then there, then here, you keep going till eventually you get to the board. For me as the morning passes it gets back to normal.

It should be easy to navigate from one QVC screen to another. Instead, every time we want to see something else, e.g., going from forum to home page, I have to log in. Sometimes it's not worth the bother and I just skip it.

It is a rare occasion when I only need to sign in once here but now I get the black sign in first before switching to the red.

This has been a long-standing problem for me.  I just don't expect competence from the QVC IT people.

I've  noticed a problem for quite some time now which I'm pretty sure is related to cookies. 

Here's what I've seen.

Screen #1

This is the normal sign in page most of us will see

for the Community:

However, after I sign out

I find that the website redirects me to this log in screen,

which takes me to my shopping account -- 

it is not a login screen for the Community:

To avoid the 2nd shopping account sign in screen, I scroll down to the bottom of the page,

click/tap "Blogs & Forums",

use the red "Sign in" at the upper right,

and that seems to work.

It's not a security feature.   It's another example of poorly-designed, poorly-managed website.   This site is a mess and has been for years. (sigh)
