I understand what you're saying, but some posters here take offense with another poster doing just what you do.  They read more into the comments, than what the intent is.

Bravo @Lipstickdiva.  I just now started reading the content of the responses (read few before I responded) and see that this is primarily about a poster here on the forums.  I don't know how we can know what someone's intentions are when we don't them at all.  Even then we wouldn't necessarily know....

Unfortunately, it is too late for that. I think that the harsh and piled on comments about another poster are uncalled for, and just plain mean. What is the point of doing it?

Yesss! Exactly. I have a friend who just yesterday went on and on about a problem, when I made suggestions, she said "no, I'll keep things the way they are for now". Then why ask! Its actually venting and ruining the other person's day.

She had some sports radio logo on her nickname.  It was red, white and blue.  She made outrageous claims about plant based diets, promoted sales of plant based products and lectures on line, and would not let people discuss any food subject without taking over.

I did not mention her name.  I said I wasn't going to go there but knew she was in a high COVID area and hoped she was ok.

I mentioned wishing her well long before Lipstick Diva did and stepped away.

I find the remarks unkind and not relevant to the thread topic.
