Moderators?  Of the boards?  And they can help with customer service issues?

The mods are your best friend if you have an order problem. Alice just helped me with part of an order that did not ship. Customer service told me it was coming but it never showed up. Alice checked on it for me and re shipped it. It is now out for delivery. They are awesome!

The Mods are the most helpful, courteous reps for QVC and will do their best to help solve our problems, whether it's IT related, order related or anything in between!Heart

You never know how strong you are until being strong is the only choice you have.
