Who are all of these new people as models?

I don't want this to get zapped but who are all of these new people I see as ummmm models on QVC?

What happened to all of the models who used to be on there?

It looks like QVC has picked people from the audience or those who pass by to visit QVC?

I miss seeing the models we used to see.

Along those lines.  If they're going to show XL and every now and then a 1X why don't they show people who are not only 1X, 2X and so on but who are (in height) a size that's around 5'6", 5'7" rather than size XL

I'd like to see people who's measurements aren't 5'10".

@Annabellethecat66.   I think they've done their model recruiting at the local laundromat.  These new ladies certainly don't have model-like proportions and they dress them in skin-tight clothing.  I'm embarrassed for some of them.  Those tight stretch pants border on the obscene

Dressing hosts and models has not been one of QVC's strong points for many years. In recent years, far too many have been in clothing WAY too small, tight and short.

Shoes often don't fit the females wearing them. I don't understand how they walk!

Money screams; wealth whispers.

If all they had were traditional “model” figures, people would complain about that and have!

These new ladies don't have the polish of professionals.  Some look as though their hair has never seen a comb.  Their appearance in clothing certainly doesn't tempt me to buy.

@Kachina624 Thank you for saying what I wanted to (say).  I know Q tries to offer tall & short...heavy built & skinny and some other body shapes & sizes in between but.......laundromat comment hit the mark.  Q had become a splash of whatever.

When I see a host or model wearing clothes that doesn't fit - or they're not model material ---- I always think, "I bet they never thought they'd be a model." Quite surprising that the Q selects most of these models who are seen nationwide - and expect viewers to want to buy. Years ago, I went to a small local gym - and some the women who worked there were very large.-- didn't make me want to exercise. I then quit - and their local gyms closed. Not motivating.

Yes..there is an active thread about that at this time. Posters complain about the models being too small, too big, too tall, too...something. How impractical would it be to have a dozen models representing a huge array of sizes, all prancing out onto the stage for every piece of clothing sold?

Impractical?  For who, QVC?  What about the customer?  What's impractical is trying to decide on a garment when three of the models are an xxxs and the fourth, if you're lucky, is a large.

Don’t really k ow who you are talking about. But anyhow, I think there should be a broad range of models from small to plus, short to tall. Various body shapes would help also in determining how clothing would work on customers.

Women are not just a number or letter size, their shape counts a lot as to how things look on them.

Not saying a model for every instance of course, but a more overall variation in models would not hurt.

And, quit saying that a particular item “ works for everyone”, because no, there is nothing in fashion that does,
