My email was flooded with advertisements from many companies.  Recently I was away and used my sister's iPad to clear my mailbox.  When I came home I saw all the emails were sent to my Spam folder.  Now I only get emails from companies I've ordered from since I returned. 

I checked a few emails in the Spam folder and they said I'm unsubscribed.  So just unsubscribe if you have a problem with particular companies.

I get so much junk mail....and unsubscribe does not work.  Tons of adds for "you have won $....  at whatever store"...coupons, credit cards and banks vying for my business...the list goes on....I wonder if everyone has this much junk mail.I never open any of it.  It is worse than my junk mail box.  Somewhere, I got on the wrong list.  I spend everyday deleting reams of email.  Is there a way to permanently block the junk?  Also get tons of junk phone calls on my Iphone.  I've gotten to the point where I don't pay much attention to either.

I wish I could get rid of "Lifescript".  I too have spam filters, and I don't understand why all of this keeps coming.  I don't mind alerts from favorite places to shop: I signed up for them and there is always a way to stop it-such as what QVC does. On a daily basis, I spend 99% of the time I spend on my email account deleting garbage-and I am resentful about wasting precious battery life on my tablet doing it.

QVC, Soma, Omega Sports. Several months ago, I looked around on the Skinstore site and then they sent an email every single day. Every time I try and unsubscribe, I am told to create an account. Thankfully the past few weeks these emails have been going to my spam folder.

And let me add Costco, Landsend,  and, to some extent, HSN to the list... along with a few others I'm sure I'm, um, neglecting...
