I was thinking poopourri might be another good pendant choice for those really swanky parties.

Anything with a plug, or that needs to be charged is not a gift.  IMO. It's a tool.

As far as the jewelry offered on Q now, if plate & bronzo is the best they can offer I think they should just skip it.  I don't buy it, and wouldn't wear it.
