Where is PR?

Ever since the talk on the boards about her quiting the Q - and her own blog on her website about her moving on to bigger dreams and leaving the Q - she has been gone. Why wasn't she part of the Red Carpet? I thought she would be on Fashion Day at least. There must have been some kind of issue between her and management that would have her leave so fast.
