I bought a drying rack from Amazon. It was around $15, it holds a lot and is light weight metal. It collapses flat. One of my best Amazon purchases ever. I had wash and hang dry lots of things, even some things that say wash on gentle.

I don’t buy any clothes that can’t be thrown in the dryer. My subdivision does not allow a clothes line outside so I would have to resort to some of the other suggestions listed. It’s warm enough all year to hang clothes outside but I choose not to be bothered.

I have a very similar drying rack that I got from Amazon. Previously, I had a wooden drying rack but it was kind of flimsy. I usually put this in my dining room while the clothes are drying.

I put an additional shower curtain pole in our shower above the tub. It doesn't show when the shower curtain is closed and is above my head. It is great for hand wash items that are still dripping and also hanging clothes to dry.

I still put them in the dryer--but for only for about ten minutes. It gives them a jump start. Then I spread them out on the washer and/or dryer.

I put them on hangars and hang them from the molding above an inside door.
I also have a drying rack in the garage that I sometimes use in warmer weaher when the air in the garage is more dry. (The rack is from QVC, one of those tripods they used to sell years ago.)

My bras, some of my tops, DH's work clothes are washed and hung, everything is dried.

I have a line ( a clothes line I suppose) that goes from wall to wall over my washer and dryer. As I unload the washer I hang with close pins or on plastic hangers anything that I do not want to go into the dryer. Been doing it for 25 plus years and it works great!

Yes, I forgot to mention the shower curtain pole above my tub. That works well for lighter weight blouses and other items. Not for heavier tops/sweaters/pants, etc. I'm afraid that the pole will slide down and eventually drop in the middle of the night, lol.
