Where did dishwasher detergent go?

Have been to four stores today....no dishwasher detergent at all...no liquid, no pods, no nothing. Anyone know why? I asked store managers...they weren't aware they were were even out...😬 I went to another three stores today....no luck either.

@Trailrun23 @Target and Amazon have it. Home Depot sells it and not a lot of people are aware of this so they might have some. I'm sorry but I have not been to the store and I don't know what the supply is like in my area--S. Fla.

I was at a Sam's Club near me yesterday .....they didn't seem to have a shortage.....

That's odd. I haven't noticed a shortage, but I always buy those big tubs of pods at Sam's or Costco and always have a spare unopened.

I would not be a happy camper if I had to do dishes by hand...even though hubby does dishes 95% of the time.

Amazon seems to have plenty in stock.

Maybe the shortage is just in my area...I checked Aldi, Walmart, Kroger, and Albertsons.two locations each. Will check Home Depot when I go out later. Have not seen it there, but maybe they have it with the other detergent.

Haven't looked for it lately but last two times I bought Cascade pods, my local CVS carries them. You might try there or other drug stores like Walgreens, Rite-Aid, usually they all carry similar products. Good luck!

One time a truck carrying propane tanks (the kind you use on gas grills) rolled over on the highway right before a major holiday weekend. All the stores in my city were out of propane tanks for an entire weekend. Lots of people were affected by that single rollover. One truck rolls over and it becomes a catastrophic event. I couldn't believe it...and there wasn't any second truck on the way either.
