No it's a real picture.  The surfer was riding a wave.  In the deep part an Orca rode by.  The surfer had no idea...

Most marine mammals (Orcas, Dolphins, some whales, etc) ride a occasional wave  Even the swell of a  the wake of a ship  Nothing unusual in that.  

Most mammals enoy iit.

It looks photoshopped to me too.  There's a mismatch between the dead calm water the shark is in, it's smooth as a table,  and the  waves.

It's not a shark.........It's a mammal.  And it's in the deep part.
