When ordering from a catalog check return rules..

I ordered a Christmas item from a well know catalog last year. I returned it within the alloted time. I received a credit voucher minus the shipping. I have to spend the return voucher only at their store. I expected a refund on my credit card. I have checked some more catalogs I have received this year and their returns are the same. No more refunds on credit cards. I just thought I would warn anyone who orders from catalogs to please read their return policy so you won't be shocked when you don't get a refund. There is nothing in the new catalog I want but I will have to buy something before the voucher expires...
