I saw an interview about these two today, having been married since 1993. I think they are both annoying, LOL, but they seem to have made it work so far. It must be exhausting arguing with your spouse for so long! He said they do argue about the air conditioning in the house, which I thought was funny.

I love the both of them! They are a pretty cool couple. I've seen them interviewed together on several occasions and they compliment each other wonderfully.

They are both passionate about what they believe...but they are also pros - and must keep their ""work"" at the office!

My SO worked for James in the 90s....he is a great guy!

I went to one of their events in New Orleans and found them to be great together. It was obvious of their love and affection to each other, but they are paid to represent their bent on politics. It was a great night.

I like him. When I've seem him argue he is definitely passionate for his side, but he doesn't descend into name calling and while he will deflect, he will also sometimes laughingly acknowledge that he's doing that.

I think you have to be very confident in your life and with your partner to accomplish living with your polar opposite. The need to win or be right isn't uppermost in their lives. Not many have these attributes.
