I think companies in these days think that their charitable causes and save the planet efforts matter to people far more than customer service.

 

Maybe I am old-fashioned, but I still think it is how you treat people that matters above else.  What do you do to help your buyer and see that they are satisfied. . . To me that's corporate success and PR.

because we are now more restricted here, i would love to see some more current events and social discussions on the proboards!

I saw a couple, but honestly it's to be expected.  And yes, there were Q posts of other sorts when I perused.
