I'm setting here tapping and humming along to Neil Young and his group on this old DVD. Like the sound and songs. It's relaxing.

How about you, whatcha up to today?

Love Neil Young.  Just returned from the gym and was totally enjoying Todd Rundgrens Global tour music all the way there and back.  Too hot here to do much outdoors today.  This is shaping up to be a rather nonproductive day.  Oh well......

I am at the office, and inbetween stuffing envelopes (yes, you heard that right), I'm posting on here.

I'm trying to recall when people started using "whatcha".

(No need to jump on me regarding this comment.  Back in the day I made a lot of money proofreading, and the search for mistakes really never goes away.)

I was up early this morning and in the parking lot of the grocery store 10 mins. before they opened (6AM).  They had beef tenderloin on sale for $5.99/lb.  I bought two, and after I got back home I wished I'd bought one or two more.  I plan to slice them into filet mignons.  Fed the dog, took him out, and did a load of clothes when I got home.  Then I sat down to watch a morning news program and ended up dozing off for about 40 mins.  Got up, did another load of clothes, freshened up and went to meet a friend for a little shopping and lunch.  I had a really delicious Italian Beef sandwich, but it was so packed that I'm still full and don't want any dinner.

I like Neil Young.  I remember when he was in Buffalo Springfield.  They sang one of my favorite songs – For What It’s Worth.

As to my day, it was unusually busy – started with a 5-mile walk this morning, went grocery shopping, cleaned bathrooms, went to Lowes to look at/order new vanity for one of the bathrooms.  Just got home and I’m ready to sit down and relax.

I worked in the yard early and then we spent the day at our community pool. It was much cooler today and so much less humid. A top 10 day!
