We are going to an event with some friends. They decided it would be nice to go to dinner together first. We have been planning and looking forward to going to dinner with them, until now... we just found out where they are going... To a mexican restaurant that we went to once before and have never been back... as we were waiting for our meal I was bored and was watching the servers. I watched them as they removed chips from one table and reserve them to another! I called the Health Dept the next day and they said that it can cause people to get hepititis. It is a very wrong thing to do!!!
It was at least 10 years ago and ds says maybe they don't do that anymore... My thinking is that if they are fine doing it and aren't getting caught, what would cause them to change? I don't see why they wouldn't still be doing it...
Anyway, I really don't want to go... am I being silly? Should I just buck up and go anyway? Should I tell the other couples why I don't want to go? Should I just keep quiet and bow out gracefully?
Dh wants to go, he says to pray over the food and it will be fine...
I feel that I have a very good reason to not want to go... what do you all think? Thanks...
