What small gift could I give my neighbor?

She is rich and has everything and very picky...........I want to do something for her and she never goes anywhere but working in the yard area and in her home and she has every tool and rake you can imagine she wants for nothing...........a neighbor gave her a beautiful box of Christmas cards with a church on it and you would think it was $200 in cash so I have no idea............she buys philosophy but she has everything.........she does not even need magazines or stamps. Thank you for your time. So much appreciated. She buys her food and candy and cakes from QVC and stocks up on any food you can imagine.
