I've heard raves about this coffee from a family member that used to live in the midwest. I think Tim Horton is originally a Canadian chain?? I could be mistaken. Did not know that they now have K-Cups in this brand. Thanks for the heads-up!

It was founded my the hockey player, Tim Horton, who died in a horrible car crash when he played for our Buffalo Sabres.
It is larger and worth more money worldwide than Burger King.
Timothy's Coffee is out of Toronto too and they were (or used to be) related companies. I sold advertising to Timmie's for 15 years...it's a GREAT company and their coffee is Canadian "crack" - everyone goes there!

I mentioned earlier in this thread that I like the Van Houtte Chocolate Raspberry truffle. Yummy and smells so good! A new favorite is Gloria Jean's Macadamia Cookie. Of course, my go-to is Decaf Hazelnut. Also love the Apple Cider in the cool months.

I've seen it at Walmart, need to whittle down my flavored coffees before I buy a new one. One cup a day is about all I ever drink of flavored and if I'm doing cider not even that. Creme Brûlée is one I really like. Van houtte has some good flavored coffees.

debc, I don't get any taste from Van Houtten! I've tried several of their flavors, but they are too mild for my taste. I wanted so much to like them because the combinations they come up with are very appealing.

I think we will eventually replace it, but right now we just cross our fingers every morning & hope for best. Not the optimal attitude to have when dealing with something we paid $ for (albeit, a bunch of years ago now), but that's what we're doing.
glmama - I don't post too often, but wanted to pass along a tip we learned a few years ago when our Keurig was "acting up". Instead of a toothpick, I straightened out one end of a large paperclip. I use that to clean out the top needle area (the one that punctures the top of the K-cup. I also use a flashlight so I can see to clean out all the areas around that top needle. The paperclip is stronger than the toothpick so you can really push it up to unplug - there is a hole on one side of the needle that is hard to see unless you have a flashlight shining on it. Really work the paperclip all around the area and see if that helps.
