Hi Honny-Did you get a full refund? I hope so. Mine is still really fickle. Yesterday full cups for both me & DH, today, not so much. I think we will eventually replace it, but right now we just cross our fingers every morning & hope for best. Not the optimal attitude to have when dealing with something we paid $ for (albeit, a bunch of years ago now), but that's what we're doing.

At this point I only drink Gloria Jean's Hazelnut coffee. Occasionally Donut Shop. 8 O'Clock coffee is pretty good too.

Yes, I got a cash refund from Costco. I bought it in June, had the receipt in the glove box, and returned it last week. No questions asked. They have a great return policy.

I'm getting a K65 tomorrow to bring to work.

The fickleness of the K75 Platinum was why I returned it. One morning, perfect cups; the next morning, errors all day.
