This has been an interesting couple of months here in north central Alabama. We started it off with a beautiful white Christmas and have had some heavy snows since. Had a surprise ice storm Thursday with some bad car accidents and fatalities in my area due to the ice.
Have had flurries here off and on all day but it's warming up for tomorrow then another snow is expected mid week. I love winter weather so this has been A-ok with me.
What's the weather like in your area? For those of you with 30 in of snow on the ground, how do you cope?? Do you pay to have snow shoveled and removed? Do you have to shovel off the roof?
We had a heavy snow Jan. 10 and someone with a tractor plowed some roads nearby and enabled most of the people in my area access to the interstate so we could get to work. I did get 2 snow day though and was a happy camper drinking hot cocoa and looking out the window at the beautiful snowfall.
