Been up for hours, just reading the paper, emails and finally checking in here to read.   The weather is pleasant, a few showers,  but the sun is out and it is a little warmer then normal here in SW PA.

After another cup of coffee then I am heading outside.  I have a few more shrubs to plant and continue with the fall yard work.  I purchased a meal deal from a local grocery store Friday, so dinner is already planned and just need a few minutes of prep to get on the table.  May-be I can convince DH to do that, but that will just start an unpleasant discussion.

I am getting a slow start.  I should be cleaning up yard from last nights minor storm but it is very wet out there and rain is predicted. I will probably curl up with my book and think about this tomorrow!

I have a ton of laundry to get done and also a couple errands to run. I found a recipe for low fat alfredo sauce I am going to try out for dinner. Spent the AM tidying up and it is cozy and comfy here now.

Enjoying a dark, rainy day, and just about to make some pumpkin bread.  Also still in my PJs, with no plans to get dressed.

DH did the grocery shopping already.

It's a beautiful day, but not going anywhere.  Watching the Giants and the Ravens. 3 to 0 Ravens up and Giants fumbled the ball, Ravens recovered it.

We don't get to see the Steelers much when we are in Fl. but they are playing Miami so we get to see them today and the game is on 2 TV s now because DH is also flipping back & forth to the I guess the NASCAR race.

It's been a beautiful fall weekend here.  Yesterday we went to a fall festival.  This morning we went to church then brunch.  I have some ends to tie up as I'm having knee surgery on Tuesday and will be out of commission for a bit.

Got lots done today. Mercy got a bath and nail clip. Shopped for groceries. Cleaned out my car. Doing laundry now. Getting ready to vacuum and run the steam cleaner on the carpet. Needless to say, I'm pooped. I believe pizza delivery is in our future!  Now if USPS would not have lost my Amazon Prime pacakage that they say was delivered at 11:30 am today, it would have been a great day!  No telling where they delived it to, but it's not here. Not worried, either they'll find it or Amazon will resend.
