without a doubt, hands down- EXERCISE! Even a quick walk in the brisk Fall air does amazing things for my stress levels.
ETA: Okay I do have to add playing with my dogs. They make me laugh every day so it is hard to feel stressed out when they snuggle, give kisses and play with me.

shopping....a good answer, in my opinion, and it doesn't involve having to spend a lot of money. I enjoy going out and looking at new things...can be for the home, fashion, beauty...anything, even going to a new market and seeing the diferent food items they offer.
Sometimes I make a purchase, other times not. Or I pick up a few stocking stuffers for the next Christmas.
Other times, I make a note of promising stores for when I do need to go out to shop for specific items.

Ooooh I like all yours @Stormygirl and agree except with weed because it makes me too paranoid which is the complete opposite of stress relief, lol. Although I know you can get it with various levels of thc so a lower amount version would probably work great.

@MyGirlsMom Coke is THE.best. The real thing, no diet or zero. It is probably my one and only vice. I can give up pretty much everything but Coke. I swear I still wonder if they put cocaine in it because of how addicting it is, lol. ![]()
