@HonnyBrown  Your friend ABSOLUTELY is double dipping.  Whatever the arrangment with the secret shopper company, she agreed to it.  It's cheating to receive the reimbursement and fee for doing the job and then go and get a refund on top of it.  If she can't abide by what's right, she needs a different job.  And people wonder why prices are going up all the time?  It's one thing if a clothing item gets returned legitimately, but if she buys a package of cookies, for instance, and returns them UNOPENED, they cannot be returned to the shelf - they need to be "defected out".  So, if she's doing this with multiple items, many times over, it adds up.  That's just WRONG, plain and simple.
