What's For Dinner?

We're having Chicken Fajitas, Spanish Rice and Salads for dinner tonight. We love 'Fajita Night' at our house. I don't cook often unless I have help from Hello Fresh (lol!), but I can make pretty good fajitas. Those are easy!

For us, it's 'comfort food' for us tonight, meatloaf, mashed potatoes and corn.

 

We live in the South (GA), LOL!

 

ETA: Oh and fresh sliced watermelon for dessert!

You never know how strong you are until being strong is the only choice you have.

I've got chicken, a stray pork chop, peppers , and onions with Rao's sauce in the slow cooker. We'll have that over rigatoni with a salad.

I just had a bagel thin and 2 slices of provolone cheese.

Grilled filet mignon, baked potato and wedge salad, it was 104 here today so I made quick trips outside to the grill.  It was good and easy.
