My husband had a Dodge Ram that lasted for years and had over 200,000 miles on it!!

Re: What kind of Vehicle do you Own

We own a Chevy Suburban, a Jeep Liberty, a Honda Odyssey, a Subaru Outback and just bought a Subaru Forrester.

I mostly drive the Odyssey.  I love it.  This is the second one I have owned. I am 5'1" and it's great for short people, plus it holds a lot of of passengers, is great for handicapped people to get  in and out of. I also tote a wheelchair and walker in the cargo area.

My husband drives the Jeep as an everyday car and we use the Suburban to tow our boat and RV.

The Outback is pretty old, 1995, and still is working and looks fine...it has less than 50k on it.  We use it as a backup car and our kids borrow it when theirs is in the shop.

The Forrester we just bought for one of our granddaughters to use in college.  When she graduates, we will transfer the title to her.

Re: What kind of Vehicle do you Own

@I am still oxox , this is timely for me.  I own a 2013 Toyota Avalon with 50,000 miles on it.  The Avalon is a beautiful car and has served me well for the last ten years.  I have never owned a car this long.  I decided I wanted new.

What a journey it has been learning about hybrids, electric and comparing to gas.  I ended up buying a Lexus UX hybrid.  I will take delivery in a couple of weeks.  I am in Canada.  There appears to be long waits for vehicles.  I wanted to purchase the UX but it got sold before I made my mind up.  The financing for that purchaser fell through so it became available again and I bought it.  If would have been an 8 month wait otherwise.

DH drives a Lexus RX350 so we have been happy to stay in the Toyota Lexus family.  The UX is a smaller SUV which is what I was looking for.

i have a friend waiting for her second Prius and the wait is 18 months.  Crazy.

I own a 2021 Lexus SUV, RX350. I love my car.

Why is it, when I have a 50/50 guess at something, I'm always 100% wrong?

I loved my 2022 Honda Accord LX sedan but traded it in as was too hard for spouse to get in and out.

Traded to a 2023 Honda CRV ELX (I think that's what's it's called) and love it!  I now don't think I could drive a sedan again.  Gets great mileage and rides smooth🙂

Base-line 2013 Impreza Subaru.  Best car ever!  Never breaks down, and the 4-wheel drive hugs the road.  I always felt, with my basic Corolla which lasted 20 years, that the flight was bumpy at highway speed.  A big truck passed me once on a long lonely stretch (thank goodness) in S Carolina.  My car skipped over two lanes following the truck's massive WHOOSH.  Corolla was an excellent runabout for local driving, 99 percent of how I drive.  I found it scary at highway speeds.  But it never let me down, either.

I have a 2021. It sounds like u and I live in the general area. I also live in nyc suburb. I am small- 5’1 and it’s good for me. But probably would not be suitable for a large person. It’s sporty, handles well, good on gas, parking, and most importantly, u are are getting All Wheel Drive. My husband drives the Mazda CX-5 SUV which he likes a lot.
