Hi @Forum_Friends..

I had no words... except to reach out to you, in this thread, in my time of need.  What Virginia Satir calls "low pot."

It felt like life backed up on me, determined to steal even more breath than I felt I had to give.

Generously, many of you spared & shared some of yours with me, fortunately enough to the point I feel able to breathe & hopefully keep forging ahead.

You've done this for me before in QChat.  And as with this & those several times before, I feel indebted to you, will try to do my part, & return the favor of shared strength with you, esp when you're in need.

Thank you!  Heart

Re: What keeps you going?

The fact that I am still living, my faith and my dog.

What keeps me going?  Good question.  Some days I have no idea.  I believe for the most part - first and foremost is my faith.  Next, I may not have very good health or a very strong body, but I am very strong willed and have a lot of determination.  Also, what keeps me going is the love I have for my husband.  We have been through, and continue to go through, a lot with our health and family issues, etc.  If not for these things, I would not have the will or desire to keep going.
