My family, immediate and extended, human and furry. My friends, my unrelenting optimism, my thankfulness for mine and my hubby's good health and the fact that we can live comfortably. We may not have every single thing we want, but we have everything we need.❤

@ThinkingOutLoud My thoughts exactly, it does explain a great deal.  I could not live without knowing I will be living better in my mansion.

Several years ago when I first got into cold brew ready to drink coffee, I was drinking Walmart's Great Value brand. It was out of this world good. Then they stopped selling it. I had my husband drive me all over Northeast Texas to get every bottle I could find. He thinks Starbucks paid Walmart to stop making their brand and only sell Starbucks. I didn't know that that was a thing but he says it is. I love my Starbucks but oh my goodness to me the Great Value brand was even better. Do you use creamer in yours? I use coffee mate zero sugar Italian sweet cream.

If it was during the pandemic, Walmart stopped making several of its own products.  And I've noticed that some they've never started back up with.  Maybe those products weren't profitable enough?  Who knows.🤷‍♀️  Sorry that I never tried that, I've just gotten into cold brewed coffee in the last couple of years.

I use both the black and the Vanilla Latte.  I have to be careful with the VL or I'll go through a whole bottle in one day by myself!🤗

Re: What keeps you going?

[ Edited ]

@monicakm  What keeps me going? Faith, family, fitness and the realization that if I give up now, I will never ever know what life could've been like for me. Hope for the future and resilience and patience in the present.   Life isn't a bed of roses- its full of loss, heartbreak, betrayal, disappointment, but on the flip side its full of greatness, compassion, laughter, love and lessons. I've had great times and sad times- but at 35 I'm still giving it my best shot and trying to make little and big dreams in my heart and mind  happen! Smiley Happy

Whenever I think of life, I think of the lyrics to "Rose Garden" a song by the beautiful Lynn Anderson:  "I beg your pardon, I never promised you a rose garden. Along with the sunshine, there's gotta be a little rain sometimes."
