Aside from all the wonderful medical advances, my top pics are really basic.

I'd give prizes to the person who came up with the gift bags! My wrapping skills are non-existent, besides it takes forever. Additionally, you can re-use the bags which we do!

Second and just as wonderful are the tops to detergent bottles, fabric softeners, etc. that catch any remaining product and allow it to flow back into the container.

Hmm Id say all the advanced technology in the medical world. Followed by modern ways to listen to music, (even though I still prefer vinyl), air conditioning, and more recently 3D printers (are going to be huge one day soon).
