[FUTURE]

Brie, goat, mozzarella, ha anti, Gouda, Oaxaca. One of my all time favorite things is Brie in puff pastry with pecans or walnuts and spices/brown sugar. I could eat about 10 pounds of that before it would even phase me.

cheese is it's own food group for me so it's hard to pick just one.

I'll go with a triple cream Brie.

I have cut way back on cheese, although I love it.  My (current) favorite would be swiss which I like to enjoy on crackers or on toasted bread with fresh tomato slices and a little salt/pepper.  I also like a good cheddar, pepper jack, mozzarella and parmesan.  

My least favorite cheese would be goat cheese.  It just does not appeal to me at all.

I don't like brie or blue cheese at all.  I rarely eat cheese, but I like sharp cheddar and swiss.

Just out of curiosity, have you been keeping track of the answers?  If so, what are the 5 favorite cheeses?  Would find this interesting.  Thanks!

I was afraid to post this, but because someone else did:  VELVEETA!  Also, love sharp cheddar.  Love Swiss, too.  Thanks, I think I'll have a few Swiss cheese and crackers right now!
