What is up with Vitacost??????

I have tried to call and place an order 3-4 times a today.........waiting and waiting and waiting on every call.....surely someone will answer? I don't order online. Have you ever had trouble with them in placing an order? If they are having telephone trouble then they need to put in on the website. Holding and waiting that is what we do with people now.
