What is the point??

Of wasting time voting on a bill to repeal the new HC bill when they know for certain it will not go through the senate or get past the veto? can you say wasting time and money?This is almost certainly how everything will go for the next 2 years at least - so much for all those promises made when anyone with a half a brain knows they can not fulfill them.
