What is the name of this? Looks like a large acorn but it isn't, used for good luck, brown, slick...

My mom wants to know. She can't find it by googling and she can't think of the word. She insists it isn't an acorn.

Do you know the name of it? It is driving her crazy and I don't know either.

She said I had one, but I do not recall it at all.
