Just wondering. We make homemade chicken soup all the time. We cook the chicken on the bone along with some celery, onion, and carrots. Then when the chicken is done, we de-bone it. It comes off the bone so easily once it is cooked. We put the de-boned chicken and veggies back in the broth. Then we put it in the fridge over night to let the fat rise and skim it off the next day. We finish the soup then, (add noodles, rice or whatever). Sometimes if we want more liquid, we will add some canned chicken broth. When I was in the store the other day, I saw Swanson's canned chicken broth and Swanson's canned chicken stock. Does anyone know the difference...duh? Thank you!
