What is "QVC Customer Care"? I see it on the Members list in the forum.

I looked on the Members list to see if someone I was looking for is in the forum.... and what did I see? I keep seeing this but let it go...so I could go do other things....but tonight I thought I would ask around, and see who knows what.... about this.

In the Members List is these names:

Paulette - QVC Customer Care

Wayne - QVC Customer Care

I clicked on their names to see what they wrote and where they are located in the forum and found out they have no posts.

So anyone know anything about this?
