What if the school district is the bully?

What if the school is not following proper requirements as required by the state and are reported by a student's parents. The state officials in charge come and follow up on the complaint and find that the school is indeed not doing their job.

Then the school uses bunches of tax payers money to file a lawsuit against the parents for reporting them.

Then they try to pry into the mother's past to dig up something they think, I said think she may not have been truthful about during her testimony even tho that info would have no impact on the decision. The school board decides to reprimand her. See she is on the school board too.

Honestly the whole thing makes me sick and I wish it would stop and the superintendent was fired and made to pay back all the wasted money for filing a suit against parents for following the proper and legal channels for getting the school to provide their children with the proper special education and special ed services. Oh and fire all the other board members that voted to reprimand the mother too. They sure are making themselves look like bullies.

Oh and I saw a thread around here tilted "would you move to be in a different school district" Oh yea. We looked for a house in the other closer better school district when the private school our son was in closed. Most people around here do want to be in this other district. Some will attempt to fake a wrong address to get into this other school but they will send out people to watch where kids actually go home to after school. we ended up in this public school for a year and regret it. Then we found another private school that was quite a far drive.

So, where do kids learn bullying? From adults in general. In society
