Mine keep disappearing and re-appearing.

The moderators will most likely not notice threads that are not posted to Customer Care and do not have MODS in the title.

Any time there is an issue with the forum, the moderators themselves have requested that it be posted there so they will see it faster.

I started a thread there this morning, a moderator has already acknowledged it since it was posted to the correct area, and said they would inform the proper people.

All of my my notifications are gone as well. I have already read them. Think they're clearing them out for us like deleting emails we've already read?

It's obviously a programming issue.  It has happened before.

The thing is, we get notified that someone has hearted our post or mentioned us and we don't know where to go to respond.  It's pretty frustrating.

I too got the same message.  They'll blame it on the extremely cold weather......lol.

They really need to get a new program for on here.  Too many problems with what they have.
