What does it mean when a 'heart' square is black?

I have never seen this? A black square, instead of a heart. What are they trying to say by blacking it out?

I've never seen a black square.

The heart on my own posts are grey.

When I've hearted a post, the heart block goes to gray. However, I've never seen a black square.

@gabstoomuch, I think you see a gray heart, as others have said? This happens either on your own posts (we can't "heart" our own posts) or if you've already "hearted" a post (we only can do that once per post).

LOL, no I am not crazy. Really!

It was a solid black square. On a post in electronics, and 2 posts in here.

Solid Black. I know they go to grey if I have hearted something, that is why the black square confused me.

They are gone now, not sure what was up with that?

Hey @Desertdi, how did your big Earth Day celebration go? I know you said it was a favorite holiday. You didn't seem to be online that day so I figured the festivities were underway. Did everyone wear costumes or show up as Mother Nature made them? How about the refreshments; alfalfa sprouts and dandelion leaves, I suppose? I'm sure a good time was had by all!

On to Cinco de Mayo.

@Kachina624 Since Earth Day was also a Full Moon.............the day was kinda a blur. It all started out when Kitty the Fuzz caught a gigantic sewer roach in the bathtub.........and I kinda needed a drink after that...........
