It has been said many times by Kris Jenner that Justin has been a family friend for a long time. She had 'something' to do with the upstart of his career, not sure how or what capacity. Kris knew Scooter (Justins manager) or something. That is how Justin knows the family.
Justin IS changing. The maturity is coming. He has definitely changed for the better in the "arrogance" department. He admits how he got caught up in the celebrity and he was really acting like a jerk.
Usher is actually a HUGE mentor to him. When Justin was spinning out of control, he yanked him out of Hollywood and took him to Atlanta to stay with him for a while (maybe Justin was about 19?). Out of Hollywood is just what he needed.
Justin is really talented. He just needs the maturity to catch up. I hope he gets there. He reminds me of Brittney Spears. She spun wild, and look how good she is doing now? She came through it OK after lots of help.
Justin's parents gave up their parent role at the exact time in his life when he needed them so very badly. I respect Usher for reeling him in. Justin sort of disappeared for a good long while. He is now coming back out, and the change in him is noticeable.
Now, if him and Kourtney are hooking up, it has not been confirmed. The K clan really do not have a lot of "partner" boundaries. Kourtney is the quietist of them, she really stays out of the news and focuses on her kids. If she does get pics taken by paps, it is usually because the paps were tipped off. She does a great job of protecting the kids. Except for when they are filming. Filming is only once or twice ayear, and then the camera's are gone.
The shows are out edited together with whatever footage is filmed at "filming time". They are not always filming.
Kourtney is going to end up back with Scott if at all possible in my opinion. I am so glad she finally hit her max for her tolerance of Scott's behavior. Scott seems to be a great guy, who has the disease of alcoholism. IF Scott can get it together, she will go back. I don't think she loves him in a healthy way. I think he is just all she knows, and he is "Daddy" to her kids. She really wants him in the kids life.
So, after all my speculation, if her and Justin are just hanging out or hooking up, it won't be for long. Out of all the K girls, Kourtney is the one that seems to have the most level head.
The mistake she made was intentionally having the 3rd baby. That is what tossed Scott right off the cliff. He clearly resented that he was not in on the decision. He did not want 3. I thought that was a selfish decision on her part.
Out of all of them, I think Kendall is the one that seems to really have it together. Becoming a model (who knew? a REAL JOB!). Of course she had connections, but she draws a clear line that Kris is not going to run her career. Much to Kris's dismay.
Kylie is the one that seems lost now. Buying a house at age 18 is ridiculous, but she wanted to get away from Kris so bad. We will see how she ends up. She is now of "appearance" age, at least in Canada and other countries where 18 is the drinking age. Imagine getting paid $125,000. just to make an appearance at parties? What a job!
Khloe is the one who is very mean to her sisters, but mostly to Kris. She says stuff to Kris that is completely unaccaptable. Abusive in my opinion. She has a huge chip on her shoulder, not sure why. Obviously losing Lamar as her husband, and then Lamar almost dying has taken its toll on her. But she was mean before that all happened.
The 3 older girls were not famous growing up. They were not always in front of camera's. Robert Kardahsian got famous only because of the OJ case. But not the kids. Old movies they show once in a while shows they lead a fairly normal life until teen years.
I feel like Khloe's underlying anger comes from somewhere long ago. She claims she just "says it like it is", but she is just downright rude, even to Malika. Malika has been her assistant forever, and she is rude to her too.
Kourtney and Justin might just be having fun. Kourt has not had 'fun' for a long time because she has been Scott's mother, and her own kids mother. I say enjoy herself for now, as long as she keeps her kids out of it.
