What do you think of time limits for diners?

I have never eaten at a restaurant that would be $500 or more for 2 people, so perhaps if you are shelling out that kind of money you (http://newyork.cbslocal.com/2011/08/24/is-it-time-for-dining-time-limit-in-nyc-restaurants/) should be able to linger as long as you want

But for average priced places I have seen people just really stay and stay, long after they had finished eating..It might be OK if the establishment isn't busy, but when hungry people are packed in and waiting for a table, I think its rude and selfish

The waitstaff depend on tips for an income and the longer people just park the less chance they have to make additional money
