@monicakm   I hear my box fan running like always and I am needinng to hit the hay.  I hear my tinittus in both ears and the baby frogs making their unique welcome to spring noises outside.

Thank you for this unique Thread Topic.

 

I looked at my above list, & I was shocked.  So I took some time off to just calm it down!  Yikes.  No wonder why I feel sooo strung out all the time. 

Somethings gotta give.  

I need to work on being utterly comfortable living with a new, sane, comfortable!  Afterall, what choice do I really have.
