Any specific language that you were thinking about learning?

I study every day. Something always comes up that interests me and I binge on information about it. At the moment, it's bonobos. I'm also lucky, I have a good memory.

I'm proficient in Spanish already, my cleaning people are Brazilian and speak Portugese, which I did speak at one time so I'm going to revist that, shouldn't take long to become semi fluent.

I conjure conspiracy theories.
No, actually I just try to learn something new every day and I try to remember things that have been dormant. I witnessed my mother's cognitive decline. It's genetic in my case, but I noticed a real change in her when she stopped working and became less active.
I just try to keep moving. I know I can't outrun the inevitable but let it chase me.

DH and I do crosswords together which is fun. We are both readers. DH enjoys word searches. I do not. On another note Mom who lived to be 98 with no health problems and passed away in her sleep did word searches till she passed away.
Another thing we LOVE to do is watch Jeopardy and try to guess the final Jeopardy. We will name all the possible answers before the end. Found out our 46 year old son does the same thing.

I like to read.
This also includes looking things up on the internet when I'm trying to find info. on something. So, I may watch a video as a result, or read an article, too.
I like to read books from the library, and I also like to look at magazines.
I also like to play games and do puzzles, too.

I read biochemistry journals. They have a lot of "structures" in them that makes you use your mind three dimensionally. Difficult sometimes though.![]()
