I am closer to fifty than forty, 50lbs overweight and feeling tired. I surfed thru channels and landed on Veria Channel's Pilates From Inside and Out this morning. Thinking it was divine intervention, I watched for the entire hour. I really should have gotten out of my bed and worked out for the entire hour, but I guess I wouldn't be 50lbs overweight if laying back and watching weren't my normal inclination. Pilates women appear to be leaner and stronger than those who do aerobics and the workouts seem doable in contrast to aerobics, cycling and ZOOMBA. My other recent fails.
What do you think? Is Pilates hype or substance. If you like Pilates, what do you do to make it work for you? Thanks for your feedback, thoughts, motivation and ideas.
