What are you thankful for?

As this is a special day for us to give thanks, what is something you are truly thankful for?

My daughter-in-law is recuperating from brain surgery. She is only 32 years old and has 2 young children (2 years and 4 months). Her tumor was benign, but it was large, and she is very tired. She will return to work in January. I am thankful she has a wonderful caregiver, and we are all helping her with the kids as she cannot yet drive or do any heavy lifting. I am also thankful for her wonderful doctor and the kindness of friends and neighbors during this difficult time.
