They never put up a bio or pic until after your trial time is up and you are ""officially"" notified and announced as a permanent host.

That has always been the Q's rules and manner of operation.

I'm not sure how they decide when to add the new hosts to "Meet the Hosts," but Alberti was made a "permanent host" back in mid-June. I noticed a post about it here on the forums, and it's also on his Facebook page:

He's quickly become one of my favorites. Not a surprise that Mary Beth was his trainer and mentor.

I wonder why he doesn't have an official bio then. Maybe you have a training period, then you are a host, but you still have a 90-120 day probationary period, like most jobs? Guess we'll see if he gets a bio in mid-Sept or Oct.

They probably wait on more than one to take the photographs and change the page. I would think they don't alter all of that for one person. It seems to bother you more than it does them. What does it matter?
