Re: What I Accomplished Today

My money is on that that DH is so DEAR he would cook you dinner tonight so you would not have to add that accomplishment to your list.  He is a keeper, he laughs at your mishaps. So many would do something else.

Edit:  My DH is really a good guy and I didn't want anybody to think unkindly.  My wording wasn't the best.

I actually got something accomplished today. I took all the pants out of my closet and tried them all on. I donated about 30 pairs of shorts, jeans and sweatpants. Then I moved on to my purses. Donated 11 of them. Might as well clean out the closet since it's going to be another 115 degree day. Then I took a nap.

laughter they say is the best medicine!  I find we've been "humoring" each other a lot lately since my spouse has been ill.

We kinda know now how to laugh at the "dumb" things I've (we've)done throughout the day!!

Enjoy those moments🌹

Re: What I Accomplished Today

After 2 lazy days, I decided to make the dreaded grocery run today.

Mom has been craving salad, so I bought lots of fresh veggies and made a huge one in my Tupperware 20 cup bowl.   Filled a big bowl for mom, along with some containers of leftovers, and the bag of things I bought for her at the store.   She was happy with the salad, the chili macaroni, and garlic bread.
