I don't now if you remember this, but not all that long ago I started a thread about the Cops show and it was poofed. I wrote an e-mail to QVC and asked them why it was poofed. I got a reply the same day and in it they said "they did not understand why it was taken down, and they would put it back up". They followed through and put that post back on the same forum.

Got the feeling from their e-mail reply to me that the left hand doesn't always understand everything the right hand is doing, and why! I thought it was very nice of them not only to reply, but to also reinstate my thread that was taken down.

Don't think I saw your thread or since it was a "call out" to someone that isn't me I might have seen it and just forgotten about it. Forgetting can be standard for me at times, too many times to suit me.

About all I can say about this. Wanted to let you know about my experience in case you didn't know about it. Took me a little time to e-mail them, a short e-mail of course :-) and I was very happy with their response.
