Not sure what that means unless it's just the case that you don't have any picture on file, or chosen for the task.   As soon as a graphic is chosen for the task it should color in the choice and make it clickable.

I hope that's not totally confusing!

I copied it then pasted it into my picture folder on my computer.  Did you try that first instead of save?
