The walls are yellow, the cupboards and pantry are medium oak, the counters are granite, the chair rail and baseboard is white. Our appliances are stainless steel. Kitchen is done in Tuscan style with grapes, black wrought iron plate hangers in various styles, roosters & chickens and sunflowers as décor. The flooring is top of the line laminate which we love. (We have no problem with moisture and the laminate does not scratch like hardwood; we have two dogs).

I don't know if things have changed, but the French manufacturer used to make less than 20 a year? My former SO had a home in his native France and had a soft blue one. Gorgeous but way out of my price range for the model I wanted. cheers! On 4/4/2014 tansy said: What's the stove brand, Irsh? I'd like that copper. My DR table has a hammered copper top. That's my color--Provence blue!--with brushed chrome accents, and a stainless top. Our kitchen is much too small for the big one,--we have the CornuFe. As it is, it's the largest thing in the room, the centerpiece of the kitchen, and it's quite the 'cooker'! Our cabinets are a white painted finish with an oversize matching white oval knob inset into the doors. The countertops are calacatta marble, with red brown oak floors, and white French lace at the windows. The small bit of wall is painted Covington Blue (Benjamin Moore.) It's my dream kitchen (I dream small!) and evokes the feeling of the French countryside.

My kitchen is a muted yellow color above the chair rail, and a cocoa color below the chair rail.
I chose the colors because they match the vinyl flooring.
I thought I loved the original colors, but the newer colors with the newer flooring give the kitchen a nice warm feeling that it had previously lacked.

Tuscan style kitchen with burnt orange and sand colored "washed" walls. Cherry cabinets. granite coountertops. travertine floor. Red, green and yellow Italian accents/chatchkies. Stainless and black appliances. A peach fresco on the wall above entranceway into the family room. Leaded glass windows and a french door leading to the backyard. It's my favorite room in the house.
